The official Texas House journal, page 4214, record vote 1686, lists Talarico voting nay on advancing Senate Bill 14 to third reading. The bill prohibited specified transition surgeries, puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for patients under 18, with statutory exceptions.

This was the vote to advance the bill to third reading, not the final passage vote. It remains a recorded nay against the central child-transition restriction of the session.
